I hereby agree to Aerial Arts Society, Inc payment plan interest fees.

I acknowledge that my deposit including all installments are non refundable, but are transferable between competition series events and/or competitors. If deposit and paid installments are transferred from myself to another competitor, I agree to contact that competitor and finalize payment details, and also agree that Aerial Arts Society, Inc. bears no responsibility. I also agree that if I so choose to opt out of the competition, my deposit and payments are non refundable, and that I have (6) six months to transfer and use deposit and payment towards competitor or showcase performer registration at a different Aerial Arts Society, Inc competition. I hereby agree to this payment schedule agreement to Aerial Arts Society, Inc until my account balance is paid in full.

My failure to make payments and withholding notification of transfer within 1 week (7 days) of a missed payment may result in my loss of competitor or showcase performer registration towards The Event.
